What is Detoxification, How Does it Work, and How Does it Heal Me?
Let’s explore Detoxification, how it works, and why it is the only way to naturally heal from any so-called “disease”.
When we're talking about healing, detoxification is the natural process your body goes through when given the environment it needs to get rid of cellular waste. It’s the process of opening up your body’s channels of elimination so that it can get rid of Lymphatic Stagnation.
Detoxification is a built-in process that the body automatically does. It’s not something you “acquire” per se- but something you “help happen” by assisting your body’s cleansing efforts via what you choose to consume.
Detoxification is not about taking a magic pill or herb to “treat” or block a symptom- its about getting to the root cause of why you’re ill to begin with, and actually healing your dis-ease. It is a “healing-based” modality, NOT a treatment-based modality (such as the medications used western medicine).
Have you ever wondered how if you were to scrape your knee, it would just end up healing on its own? Notice how you get a scab, and then with the help of the environment’s oxygen, it just heals.
Well, guess what? The same exact thing is capable of happening inside of your body when you give it nothing but oxygen-rich, high enzymatic, raw living chemistry. When you move out of the body’s way, it heals. That is how God designed us. It doesn’t matter what the “dis-ease” is.
As a matter of fact, your body is technically in constant “detoxification mode”. For example, if you’ve ever not eaten throughout the day because you were busy with work or school, what often happens? Oftentimes, you start to get a headache, your stomach might hurt, you get agitated, itchy, etc.
Well have you ever stopped to wonder why exactly this happens?
This happens because you’re giving your body a much-needed break from the process of breaking down heavy food, and you’re feeling what's called “detoxification symptoms”. You’re literally feeling your body start the process of cleansing on a cellular level.
I like to think of the human body as a “self-healing chemistry processor”. When it receives the right amount of energy, it automatically starts to cleanse and heal. When the body isn’t spending its energy trying to break down and utilize acid forming chemistry, it gains the energy it needs to clean itself. It is important to realize that the human body wants to be clean. It wants to feel light, and it wants to flow smoothly.
In nature, detoxification is something that animals innately know how to do. They effortlessly listen to their bodies. Have you ever seen a sick dog? What do they do? They simply stop eating, and rest. This is because their body is essentially telling them “I need all of your energy right now. Please don't put anything in your stomach. Just rest”. It is interesting to see how we as humans have been so far removed from nature. The difference between non-human animals and humans is that we often get convinced that we need to stuff something in our bodies (such as food, “protein” or a chemical medication) in order to block symptoms.
But the fact of the matter is that as soon as you put anything in your digestive system, you actually halt the detoxification process. This is why in the short term, if you have a headache and then consume something heavy (i.e. a milkshake and some french fries), you may temporarily feel better.
But the issue with doing this is that not only does this stop the detoxification process, it actually adds even more acidity to your body. THIS is what manifests into every single “dis-ease” known to man. It's why I often say that the only true dis-ease is toxemia- a build up of acid that the body stores from years of consuming acid-forming chemistry. If your body can't get rid of the acid because of what you're consuming, you ultimately eventually experience some sort of "dis-ease" within your system.
Dis-ease starts first and foremost with what you choose to put inside your body. When I say that, many people say something along the lines of “but my friend eats McDonalds every single day and he’s fine”.
This is why I like to make it clear that not everyone feels the blowback from consuming unnatural “foods” (and I use that word lightly) right away, but what I can guarantee is that it does eventually catch up to them. It’s simply cause and effect. As above, so below. What you put in, you get out. Whether it happens in 2 years or 20 years, it happens.
So, the first step to getting rid of any dis-ease whether it’s a tumor, fibromyalgia, any so-called “autoimmune dis-ease”, a viral load, etc. is to first and foremost “move out of your body’s way”.
The next step is to begin working on opening up your body’s main channels of elimination (Defecation, Urination, Perspiration, and Respiration) by consuming the right chemistry and using the right plants to help your organs heal.
With that being said, there is absolutely no one-size-fits-all protocol for everyone. Factors such as: the medications you’ve been on, your stress levels, where you’re living, what your diet has been like, personal hygiene products, supplements, organ weaknesses, etc. all play a MAJOR role in your own healing journey.
Also, when working with clients I understand the importance of transitioning into this lifestyle. If I were to suggest that everyone jumps right into a juice feast straight from the Standard American Diet (SAD), they’d begin to detox faster than their body can even get rid of the lymphatic congestion. This would mean that all of that cellular acidity would circulate around their system ultimately causing all kinds of intense symptoms (detoxification symptoms a.k.a "a healing crisis").
This is why the goal is to head in the direction of consuming all “living foods”, but not to necessarily rush there overnight. & My job is to personalize a way for you to do just that - meet your goals and get you heading in the direction of Wellville.
There is no reason why you can't wake up feeling amazing every single day. Life is meant to be enjoyed.
It is an honor to help show you the way.
